G2 First Exam Scope, Spring 2020

Exams will be held on:

 

l  Listening Exam – Wednesday, May 13^th, 2020

l  Oral Exam –   Thursday, May 14^th, 2020

l  Written Exam – Thursday May 21^st, 2020

 

The exams may cover the following: 

 

LISTENING EXAM:

·         Communication Book (Week 6-11)

·         One Good Turn Deserves Another (RS 2.1, pages 318-335)

·         Pearl and Wagner (RS 2.1, pages 352-371)

·         Dear Juno (RS 2.1, pages 386-405)

 

ORAL EXAM:   Reading benchmark of an unseen text, based on reading accuracy, fluency and comprehension.

 

WRITTEN EXAM: 

Vocabulary Comprehension:  Vocabulary words from weeks 6-11)

 

Story comprehension (understanding of the story):

·         One Good Turn Deserves Another (RS 2.1, pages 318-335)

·         Pearl and Wagner (RS 2.1, pages 352-371)

·         Dear Juno (RS 2.1, pages 386-405)

 

Phonics:

Students may be asked to identify:
